Since 1950 when I was born I lived in 3 countries and had 3 different degrees, Stage directing(Romania), Art history(Israel) Occupational Therapy (US).

Each country, each job put me on a different possible trajectory in life. The only constants, my husband and then my children.

Practicing Zen buddhism for 20 years, the last 10 as a lay monk. So now the third(or fourth, as I have two children) constant was incorporated in my life; my practice.

95% of life is spent on autopilot.

Then there’s the other 5%.
